RX-79(G) Gundam Ground Type

HGUC REVIVE RX-79(G)_GUNDAM GROUND TYPE

Of all of the builds I’ve done this year, this is probably one of my favorites. In my opinion, this kit is great for beginners and experienced builders alike; beginners will love all the panel line details crammed into this kit, and experienced builders will have a blast weathering and detailing this kit. This was my second attempt at weathering and I think it came out pretty well. This kit is perfect for weathering practice, since regardless of how badly you do, the ground Gundam SHOULD look pretty beat up in the end. Stick it outside, and it’ll make for a great photo shoot. Articulation and details are excellent with a lot of weaponry included. I dig the artillery cannon that can be folded up into the backpack. At the price point, I’d consider buying multiple ground gundams! I can’t wait to see more experienced builders and their takes on this kit/kitbashes.  Kit review and build details following the image gallery. Enjoy!
